Lots, or site items with “Special shipping required” For all international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes and fees. Icons of Pop Culture will use either FedEx or USPS for all shipping with the exception of “Special shipping required” items. Icons of Pop Culture will ship items in-house dependent upon size or type. All payments made by personal check, cashier’s check and money order will require a bank funds clearance before items will be released for shipping. PayPal allows you to pay via a bank account or credit card. We accept PayPal online payments, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, bank wire transfers, cashier’s check, money orders or personal check. Payment: Payment is expected in full within 7 calendar days of the sale. COAs are not supplied with promotional items, or other items not used in the production itself. If there are multiple items sold together as a lot, there will be one COA supplied to cover all items as listed in the description. Winning bidders shall be notified with an invoice within 48 hours after the conclusion of the auction.Ĭertificate of Authenticity: For each lot, Icons of Pop Culture will supply a certificate that features the items production name and description, along with a tamper-evident, anti-counterfeit security hologram sticker and unique serial number for future reference. Icons of Pop Culture will record the paddle number of the buyer. Successful Bids: The proverbial fall of the auctioneer’s hammer indicates the final bid. In order to help avoid disappointment, Icons of Pop Culture recommends placing a realistic absentee bid early. On some occasions beyond the control of Icons of Pop Culture, bid software or the Internet itself may not physically keep up with the pace of the auction. Internet Bids: Icons of Pop Culture is not and cannot be responsible or liable for any problems, delays, or any other issues or problems resulting out of use of the Internet generally or specifically, including but not limited to transmission, execution or processing of bids. In the event of a dispute after the sale, Icons of Pop Culture’s record of final sale shall be conclusive. The auctioneer has the right in its absolute discretion to reject any bid in the event of dispute between bidders or if the auctioneer has doubt as to the validity of any bid, to advance the bidding at its absolute discretion and to determine the successful bidder in the event of a dispute between bidders, to continue the bidding or to reoffer and resell the lot in question. The auctioneer will accept bids from those present in the salesroom or absentee bidders participating by telephone, Internet or by written bid left with Icons of Pop Culture in advance of the auction. Icons of Pop Culture shall determine all opening bids and bidding increments. Both Icons of Pop Culture and the Bidder agree that any disputes under these Conditions of Sale, the subject matter hereof, the entering into, or any aspect of the auction, shall be exclusively governed by Florida law, and that any and all claims or actions shall be brought and maintained only in Citrus County, Florida in a State or Federal Court to the exclusion of any other venue, locale or jurisdiction. Bidder and Icons of Pop Culture agree that any agreements between the Bidder and Icons of Pop Culture including but not limited to these Conditions of Sale are entered into in Citrus County, Florida, which is where the agreements are to be performed and the auction to take place, no matter where Bidder is situated and no matter by what means or where Bidder was informed of the auction and regardless of whether catalogs, materials, or other communications were received by Bidder in another location.
